“Dr.” Jim joined the CycleVisions team in 2008. He brings a wealth of expertise and experience that make him the obvious choice for anyone seriously interested in the Holy Grail of power—more HP, torque AND better gas mileage.

Having built automotive race engines for 13 years, Jim then turned his keen eye to Harleys, doing complete machining while in business with his father, where he perfected his craft. He does all the bore and hone, port and polish, valve work, balancing, and custom race engine work himself. And he’s not just about the hp and torque but can also increase mpg into the mid 40s. He’s built bikes from 100hp to over 200hp and owns bragging rights for building some of the fastest bikes in southern California. He also races A.H.D.R.A. on a modified 97 Dyna® with a 96” evo engine putting out 155hp and 148 torque (He runs an impressive 9.23 ET @ 139mph  quarter mile).
